What is your return policy?

Due to the high shipping cost of candles we currently do not accept exchanges or returns. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your candle please contact us! Allow us to work our magic and make it right!

How long before I get my candles?

We process orders within 3-5 business days and use USPS First class or USPS Priority for all our shipping needs. Currently USPS is experiencing delays but most of our customers receive their candles within a week. If you need your candle ASAP (last minute gift or you simply can't wait for your Brujita candle) please reach out to us and we'll do what we can on our end to have it out the door in no time!

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout - however if you'd like to purchase with Venmo or cash please let us know by email or through our instagram and we can definitely work something out!
